BBK Billing Services was founded in 2014 by Bob and Kay Eckenrode with one goal: to help towing companies, motor clubs, and roadside service providers overcome the constant challenges of billing and dispatching.

With Bob’s background in towing software and Kay’s expertise in accounting and financial management, they saw how much time and money companies were losing to inefficient processes. By combining deep industry knowledge with reliable back-office support, BBK quickly became a trusted partner for towing professionals nationwide.

Bob founded BBK Billing Services in 2014 after 11 years at Beacon Software, where he worked in sales, support, training, and technical support for Dispatch Anywhere and TowMagic. This experience gave him a detailed understanding of the billing, dispatching, and motor club challenges towing companies face every day.

Bob’s technical expertise and problem-solving ability helped BBK expand into dispatching services in 2020, continuing his commitment to making operations easier, faster, and more efficient for towing companies across the country.
